Our Story
The Cheese Platter Company began with a genuine love for cheese rooted in both passion and background.
With a foundation in Food Science and Technology, our journey started in 2017 with hands-on cheesemaking in our kitchen using local milk. What began as experimentation quickly turned into purpose, leading us to develop our own products and deepen our understanding of flavour, technique, and quality in cheesemaking.
However, due to the natural limitations of dairy production in Trinidad and Tobago, scaling cheesemaking at a larger level proved challenging. Rather than limiting the vision, we expanded it sourcing a wider range of cheeses and specialty products through travel, while continuing to build on our original foundation.
Today, The Cheese Platter Company is known for curated platters, grazing tables, and event experiences that reflect both quality and intention.
At the same time, we continue to develop our own in-house creations from jams and dips to carefully crafted accompaniments bringing our own style and perspective to charcuterie in Trinidad and Tobago.These elements not only complement our boards but define them.
What started with a love for cheese has evolved into a brand that blends knowledge, creativity, and a distinct approach to grazing shaping our own standard of what charcuterie can be.
