Returns & Refunds policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once orders have been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases involving:
- Incorrect orders
- Damaged products upon delivery
- Quality concerns verified by our team
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where applicable.
For events, grazing tables, and catering services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and event dates. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or setup unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non-refundable once booking confirmation has been issued.
The Cheese Platter Company Ltd. reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
